We delete the data in our systems immediately after the user send a request to our support email, office@eliancedent.com, asking for user account deletion.
Data Retention:
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. The retention period depends on the type of data:
Account and profile information (e.g., name and contact details): retained for as long as your account remains active.
Appointment details and dental/medical records: retained for the duration of our professional relationship and afterwards for the period required by applicable medical-records and healthcare laws.
Loyalty points and transaction data: retained for as long as your account is active and, where applicable, for the period required by accounting and tax laws.
Usage and device data (e.g., device identifiers, IP address, in-app activity): retained for up to 24 months, after which it is deleted or anonymized. When you request deletion of your account by emailing office@eliancedent.com, we delete your personal data from our active systems immediately. Where we are legally required to keep certain information (for example, to comply with medical-records retention or accounting obligations), we securely store and restrict access to that data for the minimum period required by law, after which it is permanently deleted.
